NAICS Code: 561720 - Janitorial Services Description This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12. “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services”. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE)) has a requirement for Medical Aseptic Cleaning Services, Management of Linen Services and minor facilities and grounds Maintenance Services at 86th Medical Group and 52nd Medical Group. The contractor must provide current Representation and Certifications, with quote. All eligible and responsible sources may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have a valid Unique Entity ID and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 561720 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
