This requirement is in support of US Naval HospitalSigonella in Italy. 2. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA)Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE) intends to award one FirmFixe Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12- Acquisition of CommercialProducts and Commercial Services to the responsible offeror whose offerconforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government,price and other factors considered. 3. To be accepted and eligible for evaluation, quotationsmust be prepared in compliance with these instructions and all the terms andconditions contained in this document. 4. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. 5. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be in writing, directed to Ms. Cinthia G. Funes at cinthia.g.funes.civ@health.mil . All questions shall be submitted not later than August 29th, 2025, at 9:00AM EST. 6. The Offeror agrees to hold the price in its offer firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified on the Quote. 7. All proposals are to be submitted electronically via email tocinthia.g.funes.civ@health.mil no later than September 12th2025 05:00 PM EST. Quotes shall be submitted in a format readable by, at a minimum, Microsoft Office 2007programs.
