Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NEM-CD) Subject: Establishment of Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Medical Gases Services Request for Pricing List. DHACA is inviting only local vendors with proximity of 50 miles or less from 52nd Medical Group/SGGM, Bolling Drive, Bldg. 550, 54529 Spangdahlem/AFB, Germany with an active registration in SAM.gov to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Medical Gases Services. Items desired are contained in the attached schedule. A BPA is not a binding contract, they are agreements, and as agreements, prices must be set prior to any orders being placed against the BPA. Additionally, since it is an agreement and not a contract, either party may choice to terminate an agreement provided a 30-day notification is given. In addition to the bid schedule, please find attached general terms and conditions of a BPA. If you are interested in establishing a BPA with DHACA, please complete the attached schedule for the items needed. Our office will establish at least one, but no more than two BPAs for the Services. To be eligible for the agreement, a vendor’s price must be deemed to be fair and reasonable. This announcement is a request for Pricing issued by the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), on behalf of the 52nd Medical Group/SGGM, Bolling Drive, Bldg. 550, 54529 Spangdahlem/AFB, Germany, in accordance with FAR Part 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and FAR 16.7, Agreements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for commercial items / services for the procurement of Medical Gases services in accordance with the scheduled, Terms and Conditions and Statement of Work attached. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations applicable to its performance under this agreement. The estimated five-year total of this BPA is $1,500,000.00. The NAICS code is 325120 Industrial Gas Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,200. Federal Supply Class or Product Service Codes (PSC) is 6835, Medical Gases.
