Classification Product Service Code: 6830 - GASES: COMPRESSED AND LIQUEFIED NAICS Code: 325120 - Industrial Gas Manufacturing Place of Performance: 8901 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD Description Request for Quotes The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD), on behalf of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) is to issue a solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with FAR Part 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and FAR 16.7, Agreements, for non-personal services as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contract is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The anticipated period of performance is 12 months from September 24, 2024, through September 23, 2025, plus four option years. Requirement Description: Non-Personal Services The contractor shall provide all components of the bulk oxygen storage tank system up to the Government owned 2.5-inchmain oxygen distribution piping in support of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), and in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), (Attachment #1). The system which includes both 3,000 gallon and 500 reserve tanks, gauges, regulators, and a tracker shall meet and be maintained per the current version of National Fire Protection Association, NFPA 50 (Standard for Bulk Oxygen Systems at Consumer Site) and NFPA 99 (Health Care Facilities Code). The contractor shall install and remove tanks at no extra charge. All vendors must have a DUNS number, a cage code, and shall be registered in WAWF to be considered for issuance of an agreement. The government will award a Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from this solicitation to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government. The government will evaluate quotes based on price, technical acceptability, and conformity to the solicitation. Submission Instructions: The government will consider questions to this announcement no later than (NLT) Monday, 24 June 2024 at 10:00 AM EST. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services on the Statement of work are invited to submit a response to this RFQ NLT Wednesday, 31 July 2024 by 10:00 AM EST.
