The DHA Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) intends to award one Firm Fixe Price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. 3. To be accepted and eligible for evaluation, quotations must be prepared in compliance with these instructions and all of the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation HT0014-24-R-0006. 4. All questions shall be submitted No later than December 12, 2023 at 10:00 am. 5. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
