This is a competitive 8(a) Request for Proposal (RFP) from Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) for the acquisition of Management of Medical Records Support and Transcription Services for the Patient Administration Department (PAD) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). The Government intends to award to a single SBA certified 8(a) concern under a firm-fixed price performance-based contract on or about 26 January 2024. Services will be procured in accordance with FAR 19.5, FAR Part 12, and procedures set forth in FAR Part 15. The expecting award shall consist of a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve month option periods. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541219, Other Accounting Services. The Small Business Administration Size standard is $25,000,000. Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Management of Medical Records Support and Transcription Services to support the Medical Records Division of the PAD at WRNMMC. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the requirement defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
