The Contractor shall provide Coagulation Testing under a Monthly Reagent Billing agreement to include equipment, reagents, tools, materials, training, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), maintenance and services necessary to meet the coagulation analysis requirements for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Bethesda MD. The analyzers shall be at one location in the Main Core Lab, located at WRNMMC Clinical Lab.
