This procurement is a Firm Fixed Price, 100% Total Small Business Set- Aside and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332439 Other Metal Container Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The Equipment Management Branch Department of Logistics at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital in Fort Belvoir, VA is seeking to purchase: 1. 45 Aluminum Mailbox 12 Doors Rack Ladder Systems, features include: Aluminum rack ladder system mailboxes for private access, Units are 23-1/4" W x 12-1/8" H x 15-1/2", door size - 3-1/2" W x 5-1/2" H, and each door includes a 5 pin cylinder cam lock (with 2 keys) and Numbers (sheets of 100) for the mailboxes. 2. 540 Combination Locks for Aluminum Mailboxes which are 2-digit single dial combination lock with spring latch and automatic throw-off and combination numbers that can be changed by the owner.
