The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, supplies, and facilities, except as specified herein as Government-Furnished, necessary to receive approximately 850,000 pounds per year of bulk hospital laundry, at FBCH annually or an estimated monthly average of 70,833.3 pounds bulk laundry per month. At the DiLorenzo Health Clinic (Pentagon), the estimate is for 35,000 lbs. annually; or an estimated monthly average of 2916.67 lbs. pounds bulk laundry per month. At WRNMMC the services are for approximately 1,362,000 pounds-NET per year or 110,500 pounds-NET per month. At PAX River & Clinics it is approx 70,000 pounds-NET per year all work performed IAW Performance Work Statements [NOTE: A MODIFICATION IS ISSUED (HT001422R00050001) AND HEREBY IS POSTED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
