In support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA), the Contractor shall provide personnel for the Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Center (IRMAC) National Capital Market Consolidated Call Center/Referral Management Support at the Dalecarlia Annex (Fremont Building), 6000 MacArthur Boulevard, Bethesda, MD 20816. However, based on mission requirements, the duty location for personnel may be located at a Military Treatment Facility (Listing, Attachment 3) or an authorized telework location within the National Capital Market. The IRMAC is an integrated on-demand call center for the National Capital Region (NCR) enhanced Multi-Service Market (eMSM) Medical Treatment Facilities. With the publication of the amendment to the RFP on 17 Dec 21 with the associated supporting documents, no further questions from vendors will be entertained.
