Defense Health Agency (DHA) Component Acquisition Executive (J-4) National Capital Region – Contracting Division (NCR-CD) Subj: Source Sought Announcement This is a sources sought/synopsis announcement issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) National Capital Region (NCR) as part of its market research, on behalf of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Clinic (WRNMMC), 8901 Wisconsin Avenue Building 54 Bethesda, MD 20889, in accordance with FAR Part 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and FAR 16.7, Agreements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for commercial items / services for the procurement of cardiovascular, neurological surgical supplies, instruments, implants and other components and all associated items from vendor’s commercial catalog/pricelist as needed. The estimated five-year total of this BPA is $7,000,000.00. The NAICS code is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 700. Federal Supply Class or Product Service Codes such as: 6505, 6510, 6515 are just a few classes of supplies, others not listed. This sources sought announcement is a request for information ONLY to be used for preliminary market research information and planning purposes only. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no Request for Quote or Solicitation available for competitive proposals at the present time. Phone calls will not be accepted.
