The DHA National Capital Region Contracting Division (NCR-CD) intends to award one Purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13.302-2 and the procedures set forth in this Solicitation. 3. This requirement is Set-aside for Small Business under NAICS code 541930 size standard $8.0 M. 4. To be accepted and eligible for evaluation, quotations must be prepared in compliance with these instructions and all of the terms and conditions contained in this Solicitation. 5. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. 6. Offerors need to provide 1-2 Past Performance recommendations. 7. Offerors need to submit questions about this solicitation no later than Friday, April 24th, 2020 at 10:00am EST.
