This is a pre-solicitation notice for non-personal service to provide various types of Hospitality Customer Service Representatives for multiple Departments at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Fort Belvoir Community Hospital (FBCH) and Joint Base Andrews (JBA). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform clerical, concierge, and data analytics services. The Government is anticipating awarding a FFP IDIQ Contract. The anticipated contract will be for a base period of performance 01 April 2020 thru 31 March 2025, with Base and 4 one-year option(s). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210, and the small business size standard is $38.5. This acquisition is being issued as 8(a) set aside. The Service Contract Act of 1965 as amended applies to this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as a RFP and will be posted at Fed Biz Ops (https://beta.sam.gov/) electronically, on or about 07 February 2020. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED; NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The solicitation must be downloaded from the internet.
