The objective of this contract is to provide document management, task management, coordination, and reporting requirements to include developing and revising business rules. For document management support the contractor shall provide coordination, and reporting requirements; develop document management business rules; administrative support services; auxiliary support services; and document management maintenance and record keeping utilizing the document management Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2). This contract supports services to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Networks in support of healthcare delivery, and coordination of readiness support to the Services and Combatant Commands. The contractor shall provide document management support, coordination, reporting requirements and ETMS2 support to Defense Health Headquarters, DHA Networks, and the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs).
