The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract, under an 8(a) competed set-aside, to provide support services for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP).... The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract, under an 8(a) competed set-aside, to provide support services for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). Work will be performed at the Defense Health Headquarters Government Facility in Falls Church VA 22042, and off-site at the contractor facility. Personnel should be available to attend regular meetings and support on-site requirements at Government facilities in the National Capitol Region. The requirement provides a full range of operational and management support for the DHA OSBP. Support includes various business, technical, analytical and administrative function to comply with the requirements of the Department of Defense Directive Instruction 4205.01 and the Small Business Act. Award will be for one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. Proposal evaluation will be based on the best value to the government, considering technical, past performance and price factors. Period of performancer listed in the solicitation are plug in dates only for the purpose of finalizing the solicitation. Award is estimated during 2Q FY26.
