Please note, this is a revised description of the IDES acquisition: The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Activity in Falls Church, VA, intends to procure services to provide satisfaction data from Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) program participants and stakeholders as a basis for ongoing process improvement activities in accordance with DoDI 1332.18 and DoDM 1332.18 Volumes 1 and 2. Services are in support of the DHA Disability Evaluation Operations Director, Medical Affairs (MA) for IDES. This data will be gathered by the contractor through the administration of three satisfaction surveys and reported to the Government. The procurement will be set aside for small businesses and will follow Best Value Subjective Trade-Off source selection procedures. The Government anticipates the award of a single Firm Fixed-Price contract for a period of 60 months including a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contract will also include the Option to Extend Services IAW FAR 52.217-8 for up to an additional 6 months of performance. The contracting officer determined that that the services under this notice meet the definition of commercial service at FAR 2.101 and so may issue the solicitation in less than 15 days from this notice in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1). The solicitation will be posted under HT001125R0030 and issued via GSA eBuy for no less than 20 days. The examples section has been removed as it does not pertain to the IDES requirement.
