This clinical tool is required as a first line, comprehensive, and primary source of clinicalinformation and guidance for Department of Defense Medicine and the Military Health System, which consistof medical and support functions and medical related personnel. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format inSubpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcementconstitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).
