This solicitation provides for a single one-time purchase to include delivery of one (1) Flatbed cutter, capable of cutting various kinds of media with high accuracy. Installation will be performed by the vendor at Defense Health Agency (DHA) in Falls Church, VA. The Contractor shall deliver the equipment within the delivery timeframe specified in its proposal and delivery schedule. The materials shall be delivered/Installed at DHA HQ. Products shall be delivered onsite via the loading dock and set up within the DHA Duplication Center. The Contractor shall deliver during normal business hours, which are 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. The Contractor shall be responsible for removing all trash from the site, as it accrues (not at the end of the period of performance. The award will be made to the lowest Priced Technical Acceptable bidder.
