The Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a requirement for a subscription to an existing commercial web-based library electronic resources “A to Z list” and Open Uniform Resource Locator (URL) Resolver/Link Resolver tool. DHA goal is to ensure that each of the DHA libraries has a high functioning, fully integrated A to Z list and Open URL Resolver/Link Resolver to manage and organize access to online journals, aggregated journal databases, books, book packages, and other aggregated online resource tools. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ), and a written solicitation will not be issued. See the attached documents for additional information.
