Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a requirement to establish indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract(s) for blood products in support of contingency operations. Contractors shall be required to ship blood products within 48 hours of receipt of order directly to destination(s) within the Continental of the United States (CONUS), as specified on each delivery order. In order to be considered, offerors must meet the following criteria: FDA licensure to manufacture blood products. Current FDA registration to collect and manufacture blood products specified under this solicitation. Possess nationally recognized accreditation. Must be capable of the meeting the potential maximum delivery volume as well as delivery timeframes specified in the solicitation.
