The Defense Health Agency has a requirement for a subscription to the commercial-off-the-shelf Dentistry and Oral Sciences Source and Medline Ultimate databases for medicine and allied health. This Software as a Service provides medical personnel access to a comprehensive collection of dental, oral sciences, medical, and allied health journals, with current (non-embargoed) access to specific full-text journals as listed in the Statement of Work for Department of Defense Medicine and the Military Health System. These databases be utilized by medical-related personnel regardless of location (CONUS, OCONUS, Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), shipboard, submarine, forward deployed, or other operational settings). The Government is contemplating issuing a solicitation for a single Contract Award. The Acquisition Strategy for this effort has NOT been finalized and this is NOT a request for proposal. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, 15.201, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Contractors responding to this request are advised that participation does NOT ensure opportunities for future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will NOT reimburse any Contractor or individual for any expenses associated with preparation or participation in this request for information.
