Povide Department of Defense Medicine MHS Virtual Medical Library and DOD medical libraries, and Navy Medicine Military Health System health professionals, researchers and educators regardless of their source location (including: facility based, in the field, afloat, deployed, at home or mobile) and all associated military medicine personnel regardless of duty location or organization including the DOD/MHS Wide healthcare system and all of its associated military, civil servant, civilian, public health service, contractor, or volunteer medicine or other associated support personnel regardless of the supported or supporting organization including the component organizations specified in this PWS. This shall include all components, organizations specified and defined in this PWS. Provide a specialized collection of resources to meet graduate medical education and other specialty requirements. These collections need to be licensed centrally and made available to selected users or licensed locally to meet local, specialty requirements.
