This procurement is for a non-personal service requirement supporting the Personnel Security Support Services (PS3) to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Adjudication and Vetting Services (AVS). The Government will not exercise direct supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such service providers must be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.
