No solicitation is available at this time. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The purpose of this request for information (RFI) is to seek information on potential contractors that possess the capabilities to fulfill this Training Role-Player requirement and to seek feedback from industry on this requirement. The information from this RFI will be used to assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy and in identifying potential large or small business sources that are interested-in and capable-of providing services in support of the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) Security Training (ST) Directorate, National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA).
