This is a combined single source synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and incidental services in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5. This requirement is for the procurement of the AWARE BioSP software. The SWFT application requires continued maintenance, support, and licensing of BioSP fingerprint capture software from Aware, Inc. This software is essential for real-time fingerprint image and biographical data capture and transmission to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) systems. BioSP is a Department of Defense (DoD)-specific solution developed and maintained exclusively by Aware, Inc., with no alternative source available. It is the Governments intent to solicit from a single source for this one-time buy, firm-fixed-price contract. 2. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services. The size standard for this NAICS is $34M. 3. This is not a request for competitive proposals, however, interested contractors may submit a response to the request for a quote for which, if timely received, must be considered by the Government. 4.
