HS0021-24-R-0033 0001 The purpose of Amendment 0001 to HS0021-24-R-0033 is to update Sections C and L of the solicitation. This amemdment also extends the response due date from 16 August 2024 to 23 August 2024. For Section L, this amendment reinterate that awards will be made through GSA Multiple Award Schedule (see orignal note below). This is a recompete for Firm-Fixed-Price requirement to provide Subscriber Communication Services necessary to sustain an ongoing communication and social media tool, utilizing Software as a Service (SaaS) to support the Security Training (ST) Directorate, Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) and their wide range of customers across the federal workforce. The SaaS must be able to provide CDSE with a comprehensive set of email templates and design tools, as well as provide reporting and analytic tools. Additionally, the SaaS must include RSS Feed, web site integration capabilities and the ability to post to social media sites enabling the Government to connect with its target and segmented. This procurement is expected to be acquired through a GSA Multiple Award Schedule Task Order per guidance at FAR 16.505, Ordering. Only the first six offers received in response to this posting will be evaluated. Offers will be evaluated after closing in the order received.
