This action is to procure the Thermal Interview Management System (TIMS) Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) cameras in a one-time buy. The purchase of the camera system includes an industry standard software license. The requirement also includes incidental services for roughly three (3) days of in-person training. See the attached RFQ for details. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333310, Photographic and Photocopying Equipment Manufacturing. A waiver of the NMR on an individual procurement is provided for in section 8(a)(17) of the Small Business Act, 15 U.S.C. § 637(a)(17), and section 121.406(b)(5) of title 13 of the Code of Federal Regulations, 13 C.F.R. § 121.406(b)(5). See attached. An individual nonmanufacturing waiver has been approved for this action.
