This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a requirement for JES Report Broker software, technical support, and maintenance. The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to MacKinney Systems, Inc. on a sole-source basis to meet this requirement.
