As a result of evolving requirements and ongoing market research, DCSA will no longer pursue a new Multiple Award IDIQ. Existing Governmentwide acquisition vehicles will be utilized as related requirements materialize. The Business Transformation Office (BTO) requirement is on hold with a new anticipated need date in the second quarter of FY21. DCSA intends to issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the Acquisition Program Management Office (AQ PMO) and the Information Technology Program Management Office (ITPMO) requirements under One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) via General Services Administration (GSA) eBuy.
