This Limited Sources Justification (LSJ) authorizes the use of other than full and open competition procedures to fulfill a current requirement, absent competition in accordance with FAR16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), which allows for a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. The purpose of this action is to add CLINs 5001 - 5006 for six-months of additional service to the HS0021-17-P-0023 order to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency at Defense Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center in Arlington, Virginia.
