Amendment 0001 revises 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, to include (i) Price: A fair and reasonable determination will be made IAW FAR 13.106-3; The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) has a need for sources with the proven capability to recruit and staff highly specialized speakers in the areas of law enforcement, criminal investigation, counterintelligence, espionage, cybercrimes, counterterrorism, culture sensitivity, leadership, interviews & interrogation (I & I), elicitation, detection of deception, polygraph, and related topical areas. This source will provide and assist in the scheduling of various subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide instruction for NCCA’s Continuing Education (CE) programs, conferences and classes. All Offeror questions and clarifications pursuant to this RFQ must be received by the Contracting Officer, and Contract Specialist no later than July 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM, EDT. The Government reserves the right not to provide a response for any Offeror question/clarification received after the date and time stated above. If, however, the Contracting Officer determines that a request cites an issue of significant importance, the Government will provide a written response to all Offerors. The Government will not provide information in response to telephone calls.
