This is an RFI used to identify potential business sources that are interested and capable of providing the requirements to support DCSA in Onboarding Customers to the National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) System. Contractor shall design, develop, and deliver a wide range of products, activities, and support for onboarding Federal Agencies (Agencies), Shared Services Customers, and Cleared Industry (Industry) into the new DoD personnel vetting background investigation enterprise. In addition, Contractors shall conduct an analysis to determine the workforce training requirements across DCSA resulting from the launch of NBIS Investigation Management (IM).
