The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) entered into an agreement on September 21, 2020, with National Law Enforcement Telecommunication System (NLETS) on a basis of other than full and open competition for DCSA Federal Investigative Records Enterprise (FIRE). The action is for a new sole source Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) Secure Network Access services. The Period of Performance of the anticipated action will be a 9-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. Please see the attached sole source justification.
