The due date for the proposal and supporting documents remain unchanged. Proposals are still due no later than 11:00 a.m. ET on Monday, 22 July 2019 to Courtney Shaffer at Courtney.j.shaffer.civ@mail.mil and Chersharon (Shay) King at chersharon.y.king.civ@mail.mil. Any responses received after the date/time specified for receipt of proposals will be considered "late" and may not be evaluated. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure that your response is received in a timely manner. Hand delivered responses shall not be accepted. The Government is still not accepting further questions. Please review all the Q&As submitted previously. Please do not call the contracting office with further questions.
