The National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) are teaming up through the Real-Time Machine Learning (RTML) program to develop the foundational breakthroughs in hardware and machine learning needed to build systems that respond and adapt in real time.
