This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify qualified architect-engineer firms for a potential multiple-award task order contract supporting Defense Commissary Agency facility projects. Performance would occur at DoD sites across the contiguous U.S., territories including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, as well as OCONUS locations in Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East. The anticipated contract is a firm-fixed-price IDIQ with a period of performance of up to five years. Interested firms must have extensive, demonstrable experience designing DeCA commissaries, central distribution centers, commercial supermarkets, or industrial refrigeration facilities, and submissions of SF330 documentation are encouraged for potential short-selection procedures. No contract award will result from this notice; a formal solicitation may be issued separately at a later date.
