This is a sources sought notice for market research only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract. DeCA is seeking architect-engineer (A-E) firms for a potential firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple-award task order contract supporting commissary and refrigeration projects worldwide, with an anticipated period of performance of up to five years. Performance locations include CONUS, U.S. territories, and OCONUS sites across Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East. Only firms with extensive, demonstrable experience designing DeCA commissary facilities, central distribution centers, or commercial supermarkets/industrial refrigeration facilities are encouraged to respond, and small business participation is strongly encouraged. Interested firms must submit a capability package as outlined in the notice, including an updated SF330 where applicable.
