Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is conducting market research to identify interested and capable sources for providing Shelf stocking, Receiving/Storage/Holding Area (warehouse operations), and Custodial services at Fort Wainwright Commissary on a Military Installation. The Government seeks to determine the availability and capability of qualified small businesses, including: 8(a) HUBZone Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Women-Owned Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses This information will assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential set-aside decisions.The Government anticipates a requirement for a contractor to provide non-personal services including, but not limited to: Shelf stocking (stocking store shelves, filling and replenishing displays, facing, rotation, nearest case stocking, methods of stocking and placing such as location, allocation, and arranging; returning merchandise to appropriate locations, disposing cardboard and waste materials. Pulling expired merchandise off shelves, cleaning and dusting merchandise.)
