Request for Information (RFI) Solutions for Customer Delivery Based on On-Line Ordering Summary: The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is currently expanding and enhancing its Commissary CLICK2GO™(C2G) initiative, utilizing a standard, commercially available platform and software. The initiative will expand access to eligible commissary patrons to shop the commissary from their homes or offices with delivery options, further enhancing the benefit to military families and other authorized patrons. DeCA now seeks information to support its decision-making processes related to this delivery effort. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THIS REQUEST IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES, AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, A SOLICITATION, A REQUEST FOR QUOTES, OR AN INDICATION THE GOVERNMENT WILL CONTRACT FOR THE ITEMS COVERED BY THIS NOTICE. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUBMISSION OF THE INFORMATION BEING REQUESTED OR REIMBURSE EXPENSES INCURRED TO INTERESTED PARTIES FOR RESPONSES. Responses are due no later than 12:00 PM EST, on Friday, June 11, 2021.
