The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has a requirement for brand name WebCTRL Software Maintenance to support remote monitoring of the DeCA-West Data Center, located in Sacramento, California. The software will be monitored from DeCA Headquarters, located in Fort Lee, Virginia. Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) is the manufacturer of WebCTRL. The vendor will upgrade and configure the software to the current version with the assistance of a Government POC. DeCA is requesting a contract to include, a 12-month base period with four (4) option years. The approximate award date will be March 31, 2022. Please provide responses to the following questions: 1) Can your company provide the required WebCTRL Software Maintenance? 2) If so, do you offer WebCTRL Software Maintenance through an existing Government-wide Acquisition Contract's (GWACs)? (Ex. GSA, NASA SEWP, Army CHESS, or others.) 3) Please provide your company's name, address, CAGE Code and/or DUNS number, and point of contact (POC) information, to include phone number and email address.
