The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Information Technology (IT) Directorate, has a requirement for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors and Printers (to include Manufacturer’s Warranty), see Attachment (1), for Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) stores located in Turkey, specifically, Ankara, Incirlik, and Izmir. (NOTE: Due to Turkish Host Nation rules, IT equipment must be purchased locally. If IT equipment is shipped from outside the country, it will be confiscated by Customs.) Below are several questions that DeCA’s IT Contracting Office would like to pose in order to better understand market conditions: 1) Is your company located in Turkey? If so, are you able to provide the required Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, and Printers (including manufacturer’s warranty), without using sources outside of Turkey? See ‘Attachment 1 - DeCA Technical Specifications – Draft’. 2) If you were to respond to DeCA’s need, how much lead time would be required to ship the equipment to the locations provided in paragraph 1? 3) Are you interested in DeCA’s requirement for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, and Printers (to include manufacturer’s warranty)? If so, please provide your Company Name, Address, DUNS Number, NCAGE and Company Point of Contact (POC) information. 4) Do you see any limitation or barrier to obtaining the required equipment for Ankara, Incirlik, and Izmir commissaries? If so, please describe. Email submissions to heather.jarratt@deca.mil (primary) and beverly.summerson@deca.mil (secondary), no later than (NLT) 1700 EST, June 23, 2021.
