This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is to notify contractors that the government intends to issue a single Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13 under simplified acquisition procedures. The Request for Quote number is HQC007-20-Q-0002. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01, effective 12 Nov 2019 are incorporated into this request. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The provisions and clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov. The PSC code is 5805 and the NAICS code is 334210, Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing which has a Non-Manufacturer class waiver. The requirement is being procured as a brand name small business set aside acquisition. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is a component of the Department of Defense reporting to the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness. DeCA operates a worldwide commissary system that provides quality grocery products at substantial savings to active duty military personnel and retirees, members of the Reserve and National Guard, and their families. DeCA’s Information Technology Directorate (Web Team), has a requirement for F5 BIG Hardware and Embedded Software Maintenance Support Remaining details ) for this solicitation are included in the attached spreadsheet (Attachment A ) . The contractor shall fill in their pricing on the attached spreadsheet (Attachment A). Vendors must submit a copy of their Reps and Certs or submit a statement that their Reps and Certs are current in SAM in order for their submission to be considered responsive.
