The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is conducting market research for linen and mat rental and cleaning services at four commissary locations in Hawaii: Hickam AFB, Kaneohe Bay, Pearl Harbor, and Schofield Barracks. The anticipated period of performance is from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031, with four option years. The contractor will supply linens, mats, and mops and perform weekly cleaning services, including scheduled pickup and drop-off.
