This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation number HQC00525Q0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06. The combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $9,500,000.00. Description of Requirement: Provide landscaping maintenance services at Lemoore NAS Commissary: Building 795, Reeves Boulevard, Lemoore, CA 93246. Areas of responsibility lawn, ground cover, mulch bed areas. Landscaping maintenance services shall include: grass mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, weeding, leaf and straw/needle removal, fertilization of ground cover, maintaining basic flower beds, pest and insect control in accordance with the statement of work. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, labor, tools, supplies/materials, equipment, transportation and other items and services necessary, unless otherwise indicated, to perform landscaping maintenance.
