The following items has been amended: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HQC005-22-Q-0009 for Trash Removal Services for the Defense Commissary Agency’s (DeCA) Commissaries and follows Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The combined synopsis/solicitation is amended as follows: 1. Incorporate an Amendment 004 Attachment – A -HQC005-22-Q-0009 Q's _ A's 2. Incorporate an Amendment 001 – Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HQC005-22-Q-0009, to change the Period of Performance Start date for the base year and the (4) one-year options. Change is highlighted in yellow, with bold red letters. 3. Incorporate an Amendment 003 Attachment – A -HQC005-22-Q-0009 Quote Sheet, to widen [ Montly/Event & Yearly Amounts] columns for data input and updated calcuation formula for each Commissary tabs. 4. Closing Date and Time remain unchanged at May 25, 2022 at 1:00pm EDST This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. See attachment HQC005-22-Q-0009 combined synopsis/solicitation document. This requirement is for Trash Removal Services at (3) separate locations [Harrison Village, IN; West Point, NY; & Pittsburgh, PA Commissaries]. The Period of performance base year will begin June 1, 2022 through May 31, 2023, and will include four (4) one-year option periods that may extend performance through May 31, 2027. Routinely pick-ups and deliveries for trash removal services is defined and shall be followed in accordance with the attachment Statement of Work (see Attachment-B Statement of Work) for each separate location. This is an 100% Small Business Set-Aside combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. The Government intends to award Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) purchase order contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The solicitation number for this procurement is (HQC005-22-Q-0009) and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) [see Attachment A-HQC005-22-Q-0009]. All responsible sources may submit quotations for one location, some or all locations and capability statements prior to the (RFQ) closing date. Submission shall be submitted in writing electronically via email to Hawanda Steadman, Contract Specialists at hawanda.steadman@deca.mil no later than Wednesday, May 25, 2022 1:00 pm EDST. Contractors must be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAMs) system under the specified NAICS code 562111 - Solid Waste Collection.
