This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for preventive and unscheduled maintenance of material handling equipment at Defense Commissary Agency stores located at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The period of performance is one base year with four one-year options. The contract uses a Firm Fixed Price structure for preventive maintenance and Time and Materials rates for unscheduled repairs. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside. A site visit is scheduled for February 10, 2026, at the Fort Buchanan Commissary.
