***This amendment affects the solicitation close date. The close date has changed from September 15, 2025 to August 29, 2025. *** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the Government's intent to award this requirement using FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference solicitation number HQC00425QE032. This Request for Quote (RFQ) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025/04 dated 06/11/2025. The associated NAICS code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $12,500,000. The Government intends to award one firm fixed price contract for one base year and four one-year options. The options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside. Description of Requirement: The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) stores located at Group 23 Minot AFB. Commissary have a need for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Unscheduled Repair Services of Miscellaneous Food Processing Equipment (MFP). Period of Performance (POP): Base Year: September 15, 2025 –September 14, 2026 Option Year One: September 15, 2026 – September 14, 2027 Option Year Two: September 15, 2027 – September 14, 2028 Option Year Three: September 15, 2028 – September 14, 2029 Option Year Four: September 15, 2029 – September 14, 2030 See Attachments to see Equipment list for each store.
