I am currently conducting market research to identify vendors that can provide Miscellaneous Operating Supplies and Paper Bags (MOSPB) for DeCA Commissaries. The locations to be serviced are DeCA commissaries Far East (Japan, Korea, and Guam) and Europe. The award will be made for one year and no option years. The pre-solicitation and solicitation will be posted on Sam.gov. Contractors must be registered with the System for Acquisition Management (www.SAM.gov) in order to be eligible for a contract award. FAR and DFARS representations and certifications must also be completed online. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at Sam.gov, Defense Commissary Agency, HQC00423Q0054.
