This is not a Request for Proposal. The Defense Commissary Agency has a requirement for Commissary Equipment Description (CED): 1M16 Meat Bulker/Molder Attachments. Please see the attached CED for the minimal required specifications. The provided product must be compatible with major brands of floor model mixer/grinders (i.e. Biro, Hobart, and Hollymatic). Questions and additional input regarding the characteristics are welcomed. The Meat Bulkers will be supplied to various commissaries located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), Hawaii and Alaska and OCONUS which includes Far East and Puerto Rico. Orders will be carried out through Firm-Fixed Priced Delivery Orders and funding will be provided per line item per store. Payment will be made using Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). DeCA's anticipated quantities are for the next 5 years, a base year and 4 option years, with the Government estimate for each item. The anticipated applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 333241 (Food Product Machinery Manufacturing). Firms may indicate their interest in this requirement by submitting a statement verifying that their company is capable of providing the Meat Bulkers to the locations specified above. Responses must be received within ten (10) calendar days of publication of this notice. Responses are welcomed from businesses of all sizes.
