This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is in the Government’s intent to award this requirement using FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference solicitation number HQC00423Q0011. This Request for Quote (RFQ) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02 dated 03/16/2023. The associated NAICS code is 811310 with a small business size standard of 12.5 million dollars. The Government intends to award one firm fixed contract with labor hours for one base year and four one-year options. The options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This acquisition is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside. Description of Requirement: The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) stores located at Nellis AFB in Nevada; Minot AFB located in North Dakota, White Sands located in New Mexico, McConnell AFB located in Kansas, Offutt AFB located in Nebraska, Fort McCoy located in Wisconsin, and Great Lakes located in Illinois have a need for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Repair Services of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). This requirement is to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Unscheduled Repair Services of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
