This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside. The solicitation is for CED 1D11 heated holding cabinet to be delivered to commissaries located in CONUS, OCONUS, Alaska and Hawaii. A firm fixed price, requirements contract is contemplated. Equipment consists of CED 1D11 heated holding cabinet. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation to include listing NAICS Code 333241 in the database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The FSC is 7310, the size standard is 500 employees, and the NAICS Code is 333241 for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of any purchase order resulting from this solicitation to include listing NAICS Code 333241 in the database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
